In this Article, I’ve attempt to manifest the statistics of “Pothole Deaths in India” from last five years. This article strives upon the idea that we already lost so many lives, further more is not acceptable. If we have to enforce strict laws and provisions to keep the ratio decreased, then we surely have to opt that path. In this article, the statistics of Potholes deaths are mentioned with a Landmark case analysis.
An outright ban would defeat the purpose of a ban as it would only create a black market which is more harmful in the long term. However, regulation and taxation could be a solution to reduce the consumer base until scientific evidences prove their health risk,
