MSME plays a crucial role in developing Countries and In India its no different. Due to the pandemic there was a possibility of breakdown of this sector.
COVID-19 has created an extraordinary situation which majorly affected the businesses making them to coordinate with others and thus forming cartels. this is also the need of the hour. many jurisdictions have given temporary relief to such collaboration. India also came up with the advisory and thus allowing the coordination in certain activities. but this is not a blanket exemption for all type of cartels. the advisory should not be misused and CCI should also stick to its guidelines.
